This form is for scheduling of your Living Group's portrait session with Technique.

Please fill out all fields. Please choose three different choices for scheduling. If the form isn't filled out correctly, it might result in delays, which may postpone the portrait session and lead to a higher charge.

If you would like a logo or crest for your living group to be a part of the page, please send the image as an attachment to tnq-LG at mit dot edu. The file must have sufficient resolution, or we will contact you for a replacement file. This means a vector file (.EPS, .SVG, .AI, etc), which is preferred, or a raster image (.JPG, .TIF, etc) with at least 500 pixels on its longer dimension.

Please choose three dates and times for your portrait. We cannot guarantee your first choice. Each session is about an hour. Portraits will be taken Fridays 6-8pm, and Saturdays and Sundays 12-8pm. Do NOT choose a time before 6pm on Fridays or there will be a delay.

Note: The 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm slots are unavailable for October 18 and 25. Please do not select these times.

Remember that this is an agreement to have your LG shot taken and placed in the book if we can accommodate one of your three choices, and to pay the fee based on the time this form is submitted (between $150-$200).
