Software
at MITTecplot is a data visualization package developed explicitly for engineers and scientists. It is developed and marketed by Tecplot, Inc. .
Tecplot 360 version 2012 R1 is the current default version on Athena for all platforms. You can run it by typing:
add tecplot; tecplot &
General 360-13 R1 usage information can be found in files README.athena and README.config. The What Runs Where Tecplot entry may have the most current pointers to documentation.
Tecplot includes extensive online help. Simply choose the Help -> Contents menu item.
There are also an online 360-2013 R1 Scripting Guide, 360-2013 R1 User's Manual.
The Athena Consultants can help you get started using Tecplot, but do not officially support it.
