Our mission is to foster commercial investment in the development of inventions and discoveries flowing from the research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Lincoln Laboratory, the Broad Institute and the Whitehead Institute. We do this through licensing of the intellectual property resulting from our research.

We are here to assist MIT inventors in protecting their technology, and in the licensing of that technology to existing companies and startups.
