Materials Transfer Agreement

Use this agreement if you are transferring biological materials from your lab to a for-profit institution. Representatives of both the TLO and the Receiving Company must sign this agreement.

If you are transferring materials to another non-profit institution, use the Uniform Biological Materials Transfer Agreement.
