Material Transfer Forms

If you are transferring biological material from MIT to another non-profit institution, you must fill out the Simple Letter Agreement for the transfer of materials. Please note that an authorized member of the TLO must sign these agreements. If you are transferring biological material from MIT to a for-profit institution please contact the TLO at 617-253-6966 to speak with one of our licensing officers.
