Welcome to Chatter by the Charles (formerly PLC Toastmasters), one of four Toastmasters clubs that meet at MIT!

Through participation in the Toastmasters Communication and Leadership program, anyone can learn to speak more effectively, conduct a meeting, manage a department or business, lead, delegate, and motivate. (Learn more about Toastmasters.)

Chatter by the Charles provides a friendly, supportive environment for its members to learn and grow.

Meetings are held every Wednesday from 12:30 - 1:30. We are located in Building E19 (400 Main Street), Room 306, on the MIT campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts, just down the street from the Kendall T stop on the Red Line.
