Oligo_CID

This program will calculate the molecular weight of oligos from their sequence, and will calculate the m/z values for most of the possible CID fragments. Modifications such as oxidation or deamination can be introduced at any position; the m/z values will then be recalculated. If you have CID data, you can enter or paste it into the first column and the program will compare the data to the calculated fragments.
This version requires Microsoft Excel 5.0 or later, and is a beta-test version, so comments and suggestions are welcome.

Create a directory and then download the following file into it by clicking on the filename.
(Depending on your browser, the program may simply begin running in the browser window; you should be able to save it to your hard drive via the File menu.)
