I am an engineer, designer, and educator researching how we can better support design documentation of physical artifacts. I am currently a PhD student at the MIT Media Lab working in the Lifelong Kindergarten group. Before coming to the Media Lab, I received an MS in mechanical engineering at Stanford in 2011 and a BS in mechanical engineering at MIT in 2009. My research interests are in design education, product design, educational technologies, and spatial thinking.
I have worked at a variety of different companies including IDEO, Fisher-Price, Insight Product Development, and Luidia.
