Fisher-Price Baby Gear
Summer 2008

During the summer of 2008, I was a mechanical engineering intern at Fisher-Price in the Baby Gear division. I worked closely with CAD engineers, industrial designers, and marketing teams to address manufacturing modifications to existing and developing Baby Gear Products including bouncers, cradles, and swings.

I developed a simulation model of new swing concept using Pro/E that allowed engineers to modify system parameters (such as starting velocity and damping) and view the results without needing to physically adjust working prototypes.
