DRAFT Minutes Restructuring Meeting 4/24/11

Vrajesh: Welcome, we should be done in less than an hour.  We are here to put togheter a check list of things to be done.  While consulting, we missed identifying what proccess steps need to be done.  I do not want to go into the overall timeline, nor a discussion direction.  This meeting its to get ideas out there.
