• Task Force Report
1. Proposal to close down/ reallocate Athena clusters--who is in charge of this? [UA]
2. Preventative maintenance--repairing buildings in order to save in the future [UA]
3. Comes out on October 30th?, preliminary report is out now

1. Renovating Lounges
1. Old game room student center (CAC is in charge of this--don't think they have any plans for this room)
2. Coffeehouse, used to have a platform/stage--CAC interested getting more use out of it, maybe even renovating space
3. Reading room--smell better, ventilation (can't open windows)
2. Lobdell
1. Isn't used very much: only as a food court, isn't open very late
2. Groups use it when they reserve it
   
3. Bike facilities- racks
1. Should there be more bike racks
2. Changed bike racks so that you can get yours out more easily
3. Bike sheds? For storage in bad weather conditions--work with dorms on this.
   
4. Microwaves in different locations on campus (i.e. Cafe 4)
5. Athena clusters
1. Making sure that they are in the best locations
2. Make information about all Athena clusters available to students
3. Printer information: names
4. Map of where all the Athena clusters are (i.e. new media center) [IS&T]
6. Making information about spaces available to everyone
1. Freshman brochure--what are nice places to study?
2. If freshmen come in knowing about them and using them, perhaps they will be more invested
3. Keeping pages updated about information about different spaces on campus (e.g. student center site)
4. Websites to go to for information on spaces:

• Some departments have sites on their own spaces
  
7. Need to do a lot more work on student input--mechanisms for getting student input?

2. Comment, feed-back collection in spaces
8. Lockers--there are lockers in reading room right now
   
1. Are they in high demand?
2. Find out state of things and how the facilities would approach lockers
3. Do you have to pay for lockers?
