Minors

With your SB degree you may earn up to two minors. Minors are offered within the Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences (HASS), and in many fields in Science, Engineering, and Architecture.

Minors are great ways to enrich your educational program.You can complete most of a six-subject HASS minor as you satisfy your HASS requirement. Building on your HASS concentration, you can use up to five HASS requirement subjects (including one distribution subject) toward your minor.

If you are interested in a minor, you should consult with the appropriate minor advisor and plan your minor program. Sometimes you may have to adjust your major program to fit in your minor, in which case you should discuss the changes to your program with your major advisor.
