Your MIT education involves much more than your classroom experience. Opportunities abound here. This section contains information on many of the Institute-wide programs you should explore. Many more options exist at the departmental and laboratory level, so poke around. The entrepreneurial spirit is prized and encouraged at MIT. If you can't find what you want, you can create it. With all the opportunities, it can be overwhelming, so don't spread yourself too thin. Remember, your time is the most valuable thing you have. Invest it wisely.
