Troubleshooting

You tap on the New button and your application only displays Note, Outline, and Checklist.

Your application is displaying the Notepad dataDefs because you haven't provided a superSymbol in your newtApplication layer. The default superSymbol for a newtApplication is 'notes. Add a superSymbol slot which matches the superSymbol of your dataDefs.
