NTK 1.0 Build Rules
If you use this option, then build rules from 1.x releases are specified. You would only use this if you were recompiling a 1.x project that you did not want to upgrade to 2.0. The most important effects of checking this option are:
- At compile time, protos are placed as slots in the base template and are accessible by the name configuration:
pt_protoName (for example, pt_myCustomProto). The name refers to whatever you called the proto layout file when you added it to the project.
- NTK does not define
kAppName, kAppString, kAppSymbol, and kPackageName.
