Deadlines
All UROP applications are due to UROP staff no later than 5pm on the deadline dates listed below. See the Applying for UROPs page in the For Students section for details on submitting your UROP application. Deadlines for the 2012-2013 academic year are listed below by term and proposal type:
- Fall 2012 UROP Direct Funding: Thursday, September 27, 2012
- Fall 2012 Supervisor/Sponsored Research Funding: Thursday, November 1, 2012
- Fall 2012 Credit and Volunteer: Thursday, November 1, 2012. In addition to submitting your credit UROP application, you MUST also register for your credit by submitting an Add/Drop form to the Registrar's Office by Drop Date, November 21, 2012.
- IAP 2013 Sponsored Research, Credit, and Volunteer: Thursday, January 10, 2013. NOTE: Direct Funding is not offered during IAP.
- Spring 2013 UROP Direct Funding: Thursday, February 21, 2013
- Spring 2013 Supervisor/Sponsored Research Funding: Thursday, April 4, 2013
- Spring 2013 Credit and Volunteer: Thursday, April 4, 2013. In addition to submitting your UROP application, you MUST also register for your credit by submitting an Add/Drop form to the Registrar's Office by Drop Date, April 25, 2013.
- Summer 2013 UROP Direct Funding: Thursday, April 18, 2013.
- Summer 2013 Supervisor/Sponsored Research Funding: Thursday, June 20, 2013
- Summer 2013 Credit and Volunteer: Thursday, June 20, 2013
