Opportunities for UROP research abound in every academic department interdisciplinary lab and center. Some areas of recent UROPs include: econometrics, artificial intelligence, ecommerce, cancer research, tissue engineering, stem cell research, protein analysis, gene mapping, and transdermal drug delivery. Once you have decided to participate in UROP, you'll need to find a project and faculty mentor.
