2) All subjects will be graded Pass/Fail and cannot be used to fulfill GIR (including HASS), departmental or minor requirements. Subjects can be counted as unrestricted elective only.

3) No more than half a student's term registration may be taken at another institution.

4) Complete a cross-registration form available at the MIT Student Services Center, 11-120, and collect the following five signatures in the order listed:

  2. 2. Your MIT Advisor
    3. MIT Registrar Representative, 11-120
    4. SMFA/MassArt Instructor

The SMFA/MassArt Registrar keeps the yellow copy of the completed form. You submit the signed white copy to the MIT Student Services Center, 11-120.

The cross-registration deadline is ADD DATE, October 3, 2009. Please contact the Student Services Center for more information.

5) We recommend that you contact the instructor prior to the first day of class.

6) Warning to final term seniors: Grades are not guaranteed to be entered onto your record in time for graduation, so do not cross-register if you need this elective credit to graduate.
