Ian Wojtowicz is a visual artist and software engineer whose work has been twice featured in Wired Magazine and has exhibited in Paris, Vancouver, New York, Hong Kong, Chicago, Cyprus and Istanbul. His work for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation contributed to the garnering of Gemini, Emmy and Webby award nominations and helped inspire Al Gore's current.tv project. He was the creator and editor of International Teletimes, one of the first online cultural magazines; he has taught new media at the Emily Carr University of Art & Design; and he once gave a speech at the Massachusetts State House, in a fit of ambition, announcing the founding of a new country.
