E25-401 Room Description

E25-401 is a conference room on the fourth floor of building E25, located at 45 Carleton St.

Dimensions: 40 ft. by 20 ft. approx. Windows on two sides of room. One wall is partially glass-exposed to the hallway.
Tables: 13 total; each is 30 in. by 60 in.
Default setup: 10 tables grouped in rectangular island in center of room, 2 tables on end wall, another on side wall.
Chairs: 52 total. 24-28 seated around tables, remainder around room perimeter (or stored in closet).
Small kitchen with sink but NO refrigerator.
Equipment: Blackboard, projector and screen, network drop, building wireless service.
Note, projector is equipped with both VGA and HDMI inputs and built-in audio speakers for output only. This system cannot be used for making conference calls or using video conferencing systems. You'll need a VOIP conference phone or some other mechanism for audio inputs.
