Subject:     VEGAN: Carob-Rolled Oat Cookies

This is the third in a set of recipes someone gave me.  You may be interested
in them.
 
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup quick rolled oats
3 ripe bananas
2 T carob powder
1/3 to 1/2 cup date butter
1/2 t. salt
 
Whiz dry rolled oats in a blender to make oat flour.  Mash bananas.  Combine
all ingredients.  Make mounds of dough on non-stick sprayed cookie sheet.
Remove from oven before they appear done. (NOT a typo!)
