Quickie: Grated vegetables + Mixed herbs + flour + egg (VEGAN:water+gluten flour) Better) + teaspoon of gluten flour (add it to flour first) Best) + TVP Carrot & onions especially. Mashed soyabeans can replace TVP. Fry or microwave. In the microwave, only fairly sticky mixture will do.
