You are looking for a recipe for a good appetizer/snack/munchie?
The best I have ever served is a Spinach Dip with small slices of bread.
Put together: 1   10 oz. package of frozen chopped spinach (defrost&drain)
              1 1/2 cups sour cream
              1     cup mayonnaise
              1     8 oz.package Knorr Vegetable Soup mix
              1     small can of sliced water chestnuts
              1/4   cup chopped onion
 
The recipe should also be on the Knorr Vegetable Soup mix package.
When I have made this for (non-veggie) friends once they thanked me for
making dinner for them.
