Well let me prove to you that I am not a veggie for health reasons. I tolerate tofu in some things, but there is only one method so far that I truly enjoy: Sweet and Sour Tofu (very simple conceptually, moderate prep time) extra firm or firm tofu cut in wedges about 1" x .5" x .25" bowl with eggs for dipping into (or other sticky substitute) plate with flour for rolling in (any- oat, rye, wheat, ...) pan with .1" hot oil for frying in until golden. And your favorite sweet and sour sauce for dipping into. My wife makes one with ketchup, vinegar and honey, I have yet to replicate it. I prefer the taste of pineapple, but I don't like making it into a sauce with corn starch. I like LaChoy's sweet and sour sauce (Heavily processed, probably not a better planet consumption). I am open for suggestions. --Jon
