IPEDS Completion Survey
Completions by Award Levels (Doctor's degrees, Master's degrees, First-Professional degrees, Bachelor's degrees, etc.) conferred by gender and ethnicity (White, Hispanic, Black, Asian, Non-resident alien, etc.) within Program (or CIP).

It contains the USDE National Center for Educational Statistics annual survey of recognized completions in postsecondary education programs.
