NSF Federal Support Survey
NSF Survey of Federal Support to Universities, Colleges, and Nonprofit Institutions. The data covers obligations for research and development to universities and colleges and to FFRDCs (Federally Funded Reseach & Development Center) administered by universities. The data is aggregated into major agency groups such as the Department of Commerce (DOC), the Department of Defense (DOD), NASA, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), etc. There is one record per fiscal year, per institution, per agency group.
