MIT Data Warehouse Request Tracker Reports


Instructions for downloading & processing reports


From the list of reports, find the one you want to download. Click on the [Download] button underneath the report name to download the report.

Reports with the symbol (standard reports) have been tested by a group of central and departmental users who have checked that the numbers in the report reliably tie out to SAP.

Reports without a symbol (user reports) have been reviewed by the Data Warehouse team and approved for posting on the web, but have not been through a formal testing process.

Information about Request tracker tickets by their custom fields and values. One summary pivot and one detail Report with information about ticket subject, dates created and resolved, ticket creator, ticket owner (assignee), days to resolution. Limits are Custom Field Name, Queue Name, and Ticket Created dates between.

RT Ticket Detail

Modified 8/15/2008 to add weekday and time to the detail Report, and to to add two new fields, RT Ticket Requestor and Rt Ticket Creator Person Type (employee, student, or Moira list) to the data model. Information about Request Tracker tickets by queue and status. One summary pivot and one detail Report with information about ticket subject, status, dates created and resolved, ticket creator, creator's DLC, days to resolution. Limits by Queue name, Ticket Status, and Fiscal Period.

RT Transaction Detail
