External Credit Results

This query retreives the detail information of the credit results generated from external test scores (eg. Advanced Placement, GCE A-Level, Transfer Credit, International Baccalaureate). It contains a Detail by Student pivot report which shows the credit results generated for each of the student. The credit result record includes items such as the generated credit subject code and the units, the applied credit subject code and the units, the registration subject code and the units. There are also summary counts by Generated, Applied, and Registered credit tresults. Limits (search criteria) of the query are: entrance term code, credit result category (e.g. A-Level, Advanced Placement, Transfer Credit, International Baccalaureate), and Generated Credit Subject Code (eg. '5' for Chemistry, '8' for Physics, '18' for Mathematics).

External Credit Results with Test Scores

This query retrieves the detail information of the credit results and the test scores that are associated with the credit results. Limits (search criteria) of the query are: entrance term code, credit result category (e.g. A-Level, Advanced Placement, Transfer Credit, International Baccalaureate), and Generated Credit Subject Code (eg. '5' for Chemistry, '8' for Physics, '18' for Mathematics). One report groups the detail information by generated credit subject and another report groups the information by student. Items displayed in the reports include: Full name and MIT ID of the student, generated and applied subject information (with subject code, subject number, and number of units), apply credit message, the credit result category and name, and the test category, test code, and test description.

The limits of the selection are: entrance term, test category, and test description. In addition to a Detail by Student pivot report, the query also includes a summary section of number of test scores by test category (eg. AP, A-Level, Transfer Credit) and test.

Individual Student Financial Support History
