  Head Coach Adam Foley

Hailing from Medford, Oregon, Coach Foley played Division III water polo for Redlands University until 2004. His final season, he was named the Collegiate Water Polo Associations Player of the Year for Division III.  Upon graduation with a B.A. in history, he helped coach his alma mater while pursuing his M.A. in the School of Education.  He now comes to us at MIT as a well seasoned student-athlete and coach.

Memorable Moment: The day he shaved his beard and no one knew who he was.

 
         
 

Assistant Coach Carl Anhalt

 

 

This Bakersfield, CA native played his undergraduate career at Caltech while studying Mechanical Engineering. He graduated in '99 and became very involved in masters swimming and water polo where he began coaching with West Hollywood Aquatics. He gradually extended his coaching to age group teams and private instruction, while building his own tutoring business for high school students in Los Angeles. Coach Anhalt plans to begin pursuing his Master's Degree at Tufts University in the fall.
