Guidelines for seeding

• Sectionals results get top priority. Teams within a section must remain seeded in the order from the results from sectionals. The reason for this is that teams are expected to play at their full potential during the college series and prior games may have included non-college players.
• Head-to-head games are considered next. More recent games count more.
• UPA power ratings (as flawed as they may be)
• Any other factors
