sMITe rules skits: Marking Violations

Marking violations include: fast count, disc space and vision blocking.

Fast Count:

Regular fast count
- marker counts too quickly
- thrower calls fast count
- marker drops two and counts slower
Skipping numbers
- marker stalls “1, 2, 7”
- Michelle says “Smite”
- thrower calls fast count
- marker drops and resumes stalling at 2
Violations
1) marker stalls too quickly
- thrower calls fast count
- marker doesn’t drop by 2
- thrower calls violation
2) marker stalls too quickly
- thrower calls fast count
- marker drops two but keeps stalling fast
- thrower calls violation

Everybody says – “Obviously we have a FAST COUNTER in Briggs Field”
SING
She’s counting way too quickly
Or skipping some numbers
Try’na cheat so y’all need to
Call fast count, she’ll drop two
Stalling 1,2,3 , fast count!
Stalling 2, stalling 3
And be confident
Because they be fast counting errbody out there!

Disc Space:

Regular disc space
-Michelle doesn’t give disc space
- thrower calls disc space
- Michelle backs off and drops 2
-line between two points
- marker stands so that their hangs are a disc space away but giving a long distance hug
- thrower calls “STOP HUGGING ME DISC SPACE”
-marker moves and drops two

Everybody says – “Obviously we have an AGGRESSIVE MARKER in Briggs Field”

She’s marking too close

Vision Blocking:


(Correction to the skit: vision blocking is actually a violation so the count goes to 0 and everything stops.)

-Marker block vision
-thrower calls vision blocking
-marker unblocks vision and drops two
Everybody says – “Obviously we have an VISION BLOCKER in Briggs Field”

Her hands are in your face
Blocking so you can’t see
You might want to punch her but
