Middle Eastern Dance
Belly dancing is one of the oldest dance forms — performed around the world by women of all ages and body types. It is physically challenging, great exercise, and lots of fun.
Weekly Tuesday classes consist of warm-ups, exercises focusing on isolation and coordination, and choreographed dance combinations. All women are welcome.
