MIT Women’s League Community Craft Fairs
(formerly Technology Community Crafters)
2012 Holiday Fair

DATE:  Thursday, December 13 and Friday, December 14
LOCATION:  Lobby 10
TIME:  9 am – 5 pm
Fee:  $100.00 per day, which covers fair expenses and contributes to the MIT Women’s League Scholarship Fund. (If needed, please add  $20.00 for two day parking passes.)

The MIT Women’s League will hold its annual Holiday Fair on Thursday and Friday, December 13 and 14, 2012.  The fair will begin at 9 a.m. and will end at 5 p.m. on both days and will be held in Lobby 10 off the main corridor on the MIT Campus.

DETAILS:  Crafters may begin setting up as early as 7:30 a.m. Thursday morning.  You must be ready for your first sale by 9 a.m.  If you cannot attend the show for any reason, please notify Brenda Blais in writing, as soon as possible.  If you cancel and your spot cannot be resold, you will not receive a refund. 

The Women’s League Committee will review all applications and final selection of participants will be made by December 7, 2012.  Once your participation has been confirmed, you will be assigned a space, DO NOT SWAP SPACES OR MOVE TABLES AROUND.  

Bring a tablecloth long enough to reach the floor, plenty of change for your customers, and packaging for your sales.
