Last year the American Cancer Society (ACS) decided to discontinue sponsoring its annual Daffodil Days campaign. Citing it was successful only in the "cold weather" states, the ACS made the decision to commit to sponsoring only those programs that can be run nationwide.

For the past sixteen years the Women's League has coordinated Daffodil Days at MIT. We thank you for your participation as donors and for your hard work and commitment as coordinators to this wonderful campaign. During that time, MIT raised over $421,000 for multiple cancer research programs. We are very proud of that accomplishment and feel very fortunate to have met so many giving and caring people from all corners of the Institute.
