| The Mill Creek Neighborhood is on the old Mill Creek watershed. Though the storm water runoff is collected by the sewage system which was built on the path of the old Mill Creek, it is still flooding during heavy rains. The two proposed detention basins and the reconstructed storm water runoff collecting system are built for solving this problem. |
