Site

In concept, the Detention Basin shows the movement
and flow of water.
In each day of rain, water flows to the detention basin
in different quantities and it means the shape of water
should not be the same.
The detention pool contains the storm water.
How does this basin represent not only water but its quantity and its movement?
The basin here shows the water in different quantity
by the out line of the continents !
