This section originally drafted to a 1"=2'-0" scale, shows the fountain and it's accesibility to participation. The water from the fountain is collected in a linear drain and poured into a depressed walkway or seasonal swale. This swale responds to the built edge on one side and the unbuilt on the other. Granite stones with a granite coping line the built edge, while wetland planting including sedges etc., line the unbuilt edge. |
