Sense of Life

The appearance of water creates every single life in this world. To reveal the existence of Mill Creek can be considered as a evival of life of the West Philadelphia Neighborhood.
T he approach of my design is to provide the open spaces, both in continuous and discontinuous manners for the neighborhood. These open spaces will be used as a gattering place, a play lot, and a recreation area.
As a result, all activities shared by people in the community will make them care for,and feel that they possess this place. To reveal the existence of Mill Creek in form of distributed open spaces regain the life of West Philadelphia neighborhood, in the same way.
