Mods I've made to the Harvest gatherer

Here's the kind of URL that causes problems:

http://web.mit.edu/brlewis/www/home.html

We have a rule on our CERN server that says

Pass: /*/* ~*/* This maps /brlewis/www/home.html to ~brlewis/www/home.html.

It's impractical to give Harvest 10,000 rules of the form

Local-Mapping:  http://web.mit.edu/brlewis/     /afs/athena.mit.edu/user/b/r/brlewis/

I made modifications that allowed the Harvest gatherer to understand tildes and wildcards, i.e.

Local-Mapping:  http://web.mit.edu/*/*     ~*/*
