Bruker-AXS / MIT Symposium
Accommodations
For our out of town guests: We have negotiated a special rate with the Meridien Hotel (former Hotel at MIT). Participants of the Bruker / MIT Symposium will pay the comparatively low rate of $159 (plus applicable tax) per night at the Meridien.
The Meridien is a 15 minutes walk away from the actual venue and there will be no shuttle service. People that stayed at this place in the last years liked it very much and did not mind the short walk -- you'll pass several bars and restaurants on your way and if it is your way back to the hotel, maybe you shouldn't pass.
There are other Hotels like the Marriot or the Kendall Hotel, which are closer, but more expensive. More information about these and other hotels can be found here.
Reservation Procedure for the Meridien:
You should make reservations individually and directly with the hotel. All reservations must be made by February 2nd, 2024. Guests should make their
reservation online.
You will be asked for a credit card to guarantee the reservations (MIT will not pay for your stay).

A personalized Web site for the Bruker / MIT Symposium has been created.
Guests can access the site to learn more about the event and to book, modify, or cancel a reservation.
