* Large Groups / Small Groups

* In these groups we come together for community, chillage, and to dig into the word. It's all about discovering new truth, applying it, and sharing it baby. Large Group is where we all come together and dig. Small Groups are location sensitive and seek to bring a smaller amount of people together at or near their place of residence. This term we'll be tearing it up with the book of Peter in the New Testament in W11 (Board Rm), and Ephesians in the Burton Connor Small Group.

go groups!

* Friday Night Live

* This is the JOINT! We're talkin' city wide style communitaaay. Occuring one Friday a month (usually the last Friday), all the Chi Alpha chapters across Boston come together for a night of fellowship, outreach, and straight fun. A new topic or activity takes place every FNL. This is great to bring along friends and also to just get out and meet people.

go FNL!

* Chillage

* Yeeaaaah kiiiid! This is MIT style chillage. One Friday a month the MIT Chi Alpha Chapter will be just chillin' out, doing that social thing be it movies, party, potluck, or vandalism (heh heh, kidding on that last one). Work hard... play hard

go chillage!

* Book Table

* We gotta reach the people yo! Almost every week Chi Alpha sets up a table with tons of free literature to hand out to the MIT public. Usually in Lobby 10, a couple people man the table, droppin' knowledge, talkin' to fellow students and faculty, and givin' out free stuff. Sow the seed and reap a harvest.

go book table!

* Church

* You KNOW! We have to get filled up too! We can't man the front lines 24/7. Church is where we rest up, get provisions, stock up on amunition, and get our PrAISE on!

go church!

* Retreats

* OOHHHH! These are the BOMB! First, you get to LEAVE MIT behind, heh heh heh. Second, you get to meet, bond, and chill with a lot of new people from other schools. Third, it's just dope yall, dope. They usually consist of workshops, chillage, grubbin', and growing in the knowledge of what all this God business is whether you are Christian or non-Christian. It's a good time to be had by all. Check it out
