  Among the powers that be (including all the judges), there are 5 major philosophies -- Authority, Degradation, Sacrifice, Sterility, and Chaos.  Authority and Degradation are mutually opposed, as are Sacrifice and Sterility.  Then there's you, Chaos, the red-headed stepchild of the cosmos.  Some say that for you the only rule is that there are no rules.  That's close, but not completely accurate.

  Chaos values freedom of the individual, despite the laws of man, god, and sanity.  More than that, you despise mundanity and the banal struggles that constantly surround you.  You are the closest to neutral, so perhaps you could be described as a group that bands together for protection amidst the warring powers.

  Anyway, you guys do more than just sit around feeling good about
  yourselves.  Right now, the activities that you engage in will help
  shape the world to come.  Many of these will influence one of the
  five main philosophies.  Various items of power will come
  into existence. You can dedicate these objects to your philosophy,

  faction.

  Remember, the better your philosophy does, the more people will be free of the binding rules and restrictions of the other factions.
