Yearly

Every year the staff of technique publishes a 400 page book, making it the only authoritative annual publication at MIT. Not even the faculty directory surpasses our majesty.

The previous version of the website made a big deal of how Technique is 400 pages in size. That's just how big it is.

Weekly

We like to meet weekly to go over what happens and what needs to be done at technique. You may feel that the capitalization of the word technique is inconsistent. This was done intentionally.

Because we meet at 1pm on Saturdays, we usually have food for our fantastic staff. We also have coke, good for pushing and drinking.

Come to a meeting. Check out a camera. Grab some film. Be someone, baby.

Staph

There are lots of things to do for technique. Most members are part time photographers. Most of our staph is free of infection.

It takes no experience to join technique. Our dedicated staph is committed to helping everyone who's willing to learn. We strongly enncourage you to ask if you ever have any questions.

We encourage you to learn more about photography at technique.

Photos aren't always enough. The delicate flower which is MIT requires words, writing, the kind of expression which is often best paired with photography. We love writers just as much as we love photographers. We'd like it if you wrote for us. We'd also like it if you designed for us. We like designers. They're real hot.
