In the beginning, there was wardialing. And wardialing was a hack. And from this
hack came the hack of all hacks. And one day visciously taking over someones
box, wardialing boldly declared: let there be warcarting. And warcarting was
born. 

I am, you see, I am the creator. And this is my warcart. And in my warcart I
receive other people's signals. But I am not so selfish, because once you enter
my spectrum, it becomes our spectrum, and our warcart. And you see, no man owns
the spectrum, and warcarting is now the universal-hack spoke and understood by
all. 

You see, warcarting is a feeling, that no one can understand really, unless
you're deep into the radio spectrum. Warcarting is an uncontrollable desire to
jack your signals. 

And as I told ya before, this is our spectrum; this is our warcart. 

And in every spectrum, you understand, there is a keeper. And in this spectrum,
the keeper is the warcart. Now some of you might wonder, "What is the warcart
and what is it that the warcart does?" The warcart is the one who gives you the
power to jack people's signals. The warcart is the one who gives you the power
to do the sniffing. The warcart is the one who gives you the key to the WEP
encryption. The warcart is the one who learns you how to walk your scanners. The
warcart is the one that can bring nations and nations of hackers together. You
may be blackhat, you may be whitehat, you may be a Fed or cracker. It don't make
a difference with our warcart. And this is wireless!
