Be on the lookout for it as you make your way through your day; it's hard to miss! You can be sure to find us near the Student Center at 4:00pm.

The ball will be rolling around from 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM.

About the Event

Get On the Ball is a philanthropy event from the brothers of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity at MIT. We will roll a gigantic, flashy six-foot-diameter ball around campus during Campus Preview Weekend and collect signatures from students and faculty. For each signature that we collect, our sponsors will donate a pre-specified amount of money. We will also accept in-person donations. All proceeds will be donated to the Children's Hospital Boston, a member of the national Children's Miracle Network. Come find us as we roll through the Student Center and steps, Kresge Oval, 77 Massachusetts Avenue, the Infinite Corridor, the Ray & Maria Stata Center, and elsewhere on campus, and Get on the Ball!

About Our Charity

Children's Hospital Boston is one of the best in the nation: ranking number one in 5 of the 10 pediatric specialties, drawing patients from all across the nation for its excellent care. In addition to being a teaching hospital for Harvard Medical School, they are pioneers in pediatric medicine: testing new procedures and doing cutting-edge research. The hospital is also a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence, the greatest recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. The funds we raise will be used for new equipment, research, patient care, and in other areas.

Children's Hospital Boston is a part of the Children's Miracle Network, which has helped 170 hospitals in the United States to raise over $4.2 billion.
