On 130.101 Buckman Charters receives an agent from some Japanese tourists who want a complete tour package. The agent is a simulated intelligence, and can answer questions on its own. Eventually, someone thinks to ask it why the tourists are choosing Buckman Charters, and they find that a documentary on Poseidon got chopped up and made into a dance video back on Earth. The most repeated clip is of Charles Buckman, saying something inane about Buckman Charters. The tourists arrange for a pickup in Haven on 133.101.

When they meet the tourists, they find them extremely strange. They wear form-fitting jumpsuits in neutral colors, and hats with display screen veils. On the veil is projected an anime character face. The character is a computer agent which handles most interactions with the outside world for the person wearing it. Everyone finds this disturbing.

The team does manage to show them a good time, however, getting them out of their suits periodically. When deprived of their agents they are incredibly shy and quiet. They get taken to a native village, see some sights, go on a day hike with a barbecue and story telling afterwards.

On 138.101 they are in the Cove teaching tourists about hydroshot, and two dudes from the Zion Islands show up. They ask after Dive, but are told he was assassinated. They're bummed. Then Dive shows up, once again confusing everyone who think he's in hiding. Dive and Whitney drink and smoke pharium with the Zionists, and they tell Dive what's been happening with the New Zion movement. They want Dive to come help rally the movement, but he doesn't want to do that. Dive suggests that they pretend he's been killed by the NRM and use that, but they're unsure if lying - even using the bad lie against the bad man - is okay or not.

The next day they take the tourists fishing, and then the New Zionists come back with more booze and dope and everyone gets smashed (except Jenny, but including the tourists). The New Zionists say they can't imply that Dive is dead when they know he isn't, because lying is what the Man does. Down Babylon!
