Aloha Jack
Taxi Driver. Aloha Jack has a launch that he calls a water taxi which he uses to take people up and down the coast near Atlantis.
Charles Buckman
Dead Entrepreneur. Charles Buckman was the owner of Buckman Charters before an unfortunate meeting with a very large Saltwater Pseudoeel who bit off his head and upper torso. Buckman was a naturalist and a businessman.
Marcus Canby
"Buisinessman and Exporter". Marcus Canby seems to grow pharium on Maui and ship it to more populous areas. He has a jeep with mounted gun and a thug named Jack.
Dr. Bard Carson
Biogene Official. Doctor Carson is an sub-head in Biogene's Xenobiology program. A black man, he bleaches his hair to a peroxide yellow, but is otherwise conservative in dress.
Samo Chirruchi
Suspciously Normal. Samo is from pacific islander stock and dresses the part in all-over Hawaiian prints. He is almost aggressively friendly and gossipy. Underneath that, he seems to be smarter than he acts and gathers a lot of information while gossiping.
Crazy Sam
Arms Merchant. Crazy Sam runs Crazy Sam's Discount Armaments in Atlantis. He sells mostly used weapons, but well cared for, and clearly wishes he could be selling top of the line handmade guns to people who would appreciate them, except there are no such guns in New Hawaii and no such people either.
Coot Jenkins
Old Fart. Coot lives at Buckman charters and is older than dirt. His only skills appear to be complaining, telling stories, insulting people younger than he is, and cooking. The last one is his saving grace.
Doc Johnson
Drunken Doctor. Doc Johnson trades dubious medical services for alcohol. He probably has a legitimate medical degree, but he doesn't much act like it.
Marshall Rachel Lightfoot
GEO Marshall. Rachel Lightfoot was assigned to Atlantis around 250.100 and has recently arrived in the town. Marshall Lightfoot is small but quite strong and tough for her size. She prefers to talk through problems, but carries a GEO Marshall's revolver at all times.
Leo Nantz
Atlantean Businessman. Leo Nantz is generally considered the boss of Atlantis, though there are a few other buisinessmen with almost as much influence. He is an unabashed booster of the town, and wants to have a spaceport built there to turn it into the gateway to New Hawaii. His professed business is salvage operations, but he has made more money than most salvage operators.
Bryan Steeg
Bar Owner. Bryan Steeg owns The Hole, probably the most polular dive in Atlantis. As well as tending bar, he runs an eccentric sort of junk store out of the back rooms. Almost anything that can be bought can be bought from Steeg, at one time or another.
