Dan
Flaming Ex-Actor. Dan is nominally in charge of the Hospice and has a C clearance in the Inquisition. He apparently used to be involved in the theatre. Chapter Two: Dan has been executed for betrayal of the Inquisition.
Dave
Buff Athelete. Dave handles physical training at the Hospice. Chapter Two: Dave has reverted to a case of advanced AIDS, and is in the hospital undergoing intense treatment.
Dan and Dave are magically tied to a status of Romulus and Remus. As long as it stays perfect, and they stay tied to it, they stay perfect. Which means not dying of AIDS. Unfortunately, they are pretty heartily sick of each other by this point. Their names weren't even Dan and Dave, originally - they had to change to fit the statue. Chapter Two: With Dan's betrayal and death, the magic of the statue no longer functions for Dave.
Dr. Renee Staadler
Hospice Doctor. Dr. Staadler handles medical problems for the Hospice. She is attractive in a blonde Dutch sort of way but somewhat cold.
Horace
Security Guard. Horace handles security for the Hospice. He's projects a calm, quiet confidence.
Sr. and Sra. Balthazar
Hospice Staff. The Balthazars handle cooking, cleaning, errands, and gardening for the hospice. Sra. Balthazar is very motherly and cooks well.
