About BCS/Facilities
Our department houses equipment that supports groundbreaking research in all areas of brain and cognitive sciences, from gene manipulation to multi-electrode recording to functional brain imaging and computational modeling. Members of the BCS community have access, within their own laboratories and through collaborating institutions and centers, to numerous state-of-the-art facilities, such as MEG and fMRI scanning equipment, a high-density microarraying device, several two-photon laser scanning microscopes, and multiple Beowulf clusters for parallel computation.
