My Radius/Ulna/Humerus from CT Scan Data

I generated these 3D models in MATLAB from 2D CT slices using some simple image processing routines that are built into various MATLAB toolboxes. You can download the MATLAB code and data here. You will need a program to batch convert from the standard DICOM medical image format to PNG.
